Arabic Kuskusi or Seksu is a court of the North African coast. It is made from moistened and granulated durum wheat semolina (barley or millet). Couscous is not cooked to cook, but steamed over boiling water or a boiling dish. Couscous is the main ingredient or side dish of many dishes with different types of vegetables such as tomatoes, squash, carrots, peas, etc. and in many cases meat such as poultry, beef or lamb but also fish.
